We collect information that is necessary to provide and operate your EstateOS account.
Account information — when you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number where provided, account and profile information, authentication information, and information you provide when customizing your account. We do not store your password in plain text.
Business and website information — EstateOS lets you create and manage a professional real-estate website. To provide this, we may store:
- Agency or business name
- Business contact information and description
- Branding, logos, and other media
- Property listings, descriptions, prices, and locations
- Property features, specifications, and images
- Other information you provide for your website
This information is used to operate your account and, where applicable, display your website publicly.
Leads and inquiries — visitors to an EstateOS-powered website may submit inquiries through contact or property forms. Depending on what they submit, this may include a name, email address, phone number, message, property of interest, or other information they choose to share. These inquiries are made available to the relevant account owner through their dashboard.
